Directions:
Fill re-usable cotton bag (included) with 1/2 of the blend.

Run a bath with water as hot as you can.

Either hang the bag over the spout while the water is running, or add to your bath and let "steep" until the water is cool enough to touch.

Soak for at least 15-20 minutes.
